The service was exceptional- I couldn't have asked for better service. The server was friendly and attentive, and the owner came out and chatted with us for a long while. The special Mai Tais are indeed special (consider bringing a designated driver if you're going to have more than one)!
The food was good, very hot, and freshly made. We made it hard on them and made a bunch of changes to the dish we ordered, and they were very accommodating and the food was still delicious. Upon request, they made our food spicier than most restaurants would be comfortable doing. Next time we'll see just how spicy they can go...
The reason this isn't 5 stars is because of a few very tiny criticisms, admittedly based on personal taste. For one, the Scallops in Garlic Sauce was delicious, but it could have had a few more scallops (though to be fair, there were a lot of scallops, I just can't get enough of those delicious little mollusks). The dish, "Rice Noodles", which is essentially Singapore Style Rice Noodles minus the inaccurate country of origin, was delicate and tasty, although it may have benefited from more curry powder (I love a strong curry taste).
All in all, Imperial China is a place I would recommend, and I look forward to visiting again. -

The beef and chicken were chewy/stale and had some sort of smell. The hot n sour soup was ok. The only thing we tried that was decent were the fried chicken wings. It's also very dark in the restaurant. The bar area can be loud and since it's all connected the whole restaurant can be loud. Also, they were very short staffed when we went (seemed like 1 waiter for all of the tables), took us a while to get the waiters attention.

I was working in the area and hadn't had lunch so I looked in my trusty yelp app for restaurants in the area and decided to give this place a try hoping to get one of those delicious and great value wise chinese lunch specials alas I got here too late so deciding I didn't want to break the bank I opted for the old faithful almost never bad Roast Pork Lomein and boy was I Glad I did it was plentiful and delicious executed with skill with tons of flavor and plenty of veggies and not too oily. Good value old school Cantonese joint with awesome tiki drinks at great prices (according to the other reviews on here).

The best Chineese restaurant in the area. We always enjoy a scrumptious spread. Tina the owner is the best.... As well as the Mai Tai

The most disgusting food I have ever had, the food came out ice cold, we sent it back, the beef teriyaki tasted like dog food smells. We asked them to take the the teriyaki off the bill and they couldn't figure out how? They Also got the order wrong as well. Stay away, most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to.
